Maddock & Associates has been a leading provider of dental insurance and health insurance in Washington State for over 30 years. Maddock & Associates offer Washington health insurance and dental insurance, both individual and group rates. Health insurance coverage for individuals is offered through two providers, Regence Blue Shield and Lifewise Health Plan of Washington. In addition to our full coverage health insurance plans, temporary health insurance policies are also available.
